A person's downfall can be due to hardship, but it can also be due to success. Some people are resilient to suffering, but they fall after success. They become arrogant, unfaithful to their spouse, and even leave God. On the other hand, there are those who are fine when they succeed, but then become fragile and broken when they fail and experience various hardships. He gets angry at others, himself and even at God.
A successful person is one who can always be good and right, under all circumstances. When he is difficult, successful, mediocre. He remains a person who obeys God and lives a normal life in family, work and society. In the Bible, there are many stories of God's people being angry with Moses when they were oppressed by the Egyptians, including when they were caught between the sea and the Egyptian army. Ex 14:12 Did we not tell you this in Egypt? Do not disturb us, and let us work for the Egyptians. For it is better for us to labor with the Egyptians than to die in this wilderness." There is also the story of Solomon, who in his success turned away from God. Therefore the LORD showed his wrath against Solomon, because his heart had turned away from the LORD God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice (1 Kings 11:9). No matter what our condition is today. It's hard, it's successful or it's just normal. Be a person who lives righteously according to God's will.
