Halal Bihalal Keluarga Besar Unit Printing LAI
Ramadhan has passed, but the atmosphere of Eid is still warm. Also within the extended family of the Printing Unit of the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI). On the first day of work, Monday 15 April 2024, there were snacks from various regions on various tables, souvenirs from employees who returned home. Everyone was sharing and giving, celebrating the day of victory together. All forgive each other.
More than 50% of LAI Printing employees are Muslims and celebrate Eid. Thursday, 18 April 2024, the LAI Board held a halal bihalal with all employees at LAI Printing in Nanggewer. The event was attended by the Secretary of LAI, Dr Sigit Triyono, Bendum LAI, Bardiyono Wiyatmojo and the Heads of Departments within LAI.
In his speech, the LAI General Secretary invited all employees to work to contribute their best to the service of LAI. With a good work ethic, good and quality products will be obtained, which will ultimately bring mutual prosperity. The halal bihalal moment also served as an introduction to the new LAI Treasurer, Mr Bardiyono Wiyatmojo. In line with Mr Sigit, in his speech Mr Bardi reminded every employee to develop goodwill and a spirit of service in order to make the best contribution to LAI's services.
The halal bihalal event ended with a group photo and handshakes. Of course, the event was made perfect by having lunch together accompanied by laughter among all of us. (AM)
