Let's look further inward, because behind the problems we face there are God's blessings waiting behind them.

Jacob was almost at Laban's house. He had come a long way. Before him now was a well where Abraham's servant had probably met Rebekah in the past. The well was covered with a large rock waiting to be opened when the shepherds and the whole flock had gathered for a drink.

Friends of the Bible, just like the rock that covered the well that contained water as a source of life for the flock, so too is the journey we are on. Our view is sometimes clouded by challenges, obstacles, and problems. But it's not forever, in due time we have to "lift" those problems away so that we can enjoy the water of life (blessings) that is available to us behind them. Just once again, there is a time and a season for everything. We just need a little more patience, and a little more fight.
