On Monday, 22 January 2024, LAI together with the Youth Commission of the Indonesian Bishops' Conference (KomKep KWI) visited BRIKasih in order to receive support for the Publication and Distribution of a book entitled "Identity: Identified, Surfing the Waves of Life" published by LAI together with KomKep KWI.

In the meeting, Yayasan BRIKasih provided support in the amount of Rp 25,000,000, which was handed over by Mr Djoko Sarwoko, Financial Secretariat Coordinator, to Romo Frans Kristi Adi Prasetya Pr, Secretary of the KWI Commission. "This support will help with the publication of the Identity Identify book," explained Mr Djoko. The meeting was attended by Bardiyono Wiyatmojo, representative of the LAI Board, and Erna Yulianawati, Head of the LAI Communication and Partnership Development Department. Mr Martinus Nadiyo, a Trustee at Yayasan BRIKasih, was also present as a witness to the handover of support.

The BRIKasih Foundation was established by representatives of BRI Christian workers and retirees, with goals in the Social, Humanitarian, and Religious fields to improve the quality of life. The support from Yayasan BRIKasih will help the publication and distribution of the book "Identity: Identified" to Dioceses in Indonesia, especially priority areas, to be subsidised or distributed free of charge to young people throughout the country. Hopefully, with the book "Identity: Identified," the younger generation can know and love God more, and always rely on God in every aspect of their lives.
